Thoughts
Randie… exhibiting my own behavior here… is fed up. She has undoubtedly filled her sketchbook with thoughts of dissatisfaction in her living situation… it’s probably been eating at her all day… she probably moped around her place kicking stuff and being miffed. She’s let feelings about her place slowly build… until she lets it out!
Now that she voiced her thoughts… she must do something…. that’s the hard part.
There is that little money problem…
And the real hard part could be doing nothing and becoming more frustrated. One of the hazards of starting something worthwhile is that to avoid deeper disappointment, you’re kinda obligated to continue improving things (and yourself) until you reach your goal.
I glad for Randie, but if she does start, I very much hope she’ll see it through. That’s bring a substantive change to the comic and it characters, but I’m sure it’ll make the comic – and comic artist – even better than they already are.
Robert: there is… But Randie is making a steady income now… But she has to lay off the bags and Pop’n Tarts if she wants to rent something more… Live-able.
Pete: well said… Deeper disappointment I am well acquainted with… So is Randie… And thank you for the compliment. Smiles!
Does she have the time to cook from scratch?
Ah, well, one wonders how cramped it will be.
He took a second-story flat
In which he could not swing a cat,
But such was never his intent,
His only object was low rent,
And to swing cats he never meant.
Mary… you are a prophet.
I wish good luck to Randie… She will need it….
I still say Randie needs a dog for company and all her woes will disappear. BTW, where is that cat?
