Walter, Judy, Harold, Keith and I… we made comics…. Here’s a few snaps of the fun. Thank goodness we met at a coffee house. Keith was super sleepy there at 10am!
Yay, liking those green plastic templates. Have and use many myself. Mostly circles and elipses. Looking like there were several mini comic books made. Maybe you can share what your storyline for “Tales of Joe” was. As mentioned, I did up a few added panels for my most-recent, in-process cartoon of “theft.” I’ll try getting some images to you, but my laptop suffered a catastrophic viral attack that wiped out everything, as in all my files, even the wallpaper. I’ve been reloading programs (and my internet is up) and fortunately have all my files (a bit over 53-thousand in count) backed up on an external drive, only I can’t get the back-ups and the reloaded programs (Windows, Office, desktop) to synch yet. I can see them, but can’t access them….argh.
Ughhh! My condolences, stick, on your computer. Acts of computer terrorism are horrid and should be irradiated more diligently…. by… er… well… it’s just not right!
In anycase, Tales of Joe was a collaborative effort. I left room on the pages for the Baristas to write crazy stories of things that go on in a coffee shoppe. Tales of woe & joe… I did the cover, and the inside page and the back page. Then I drew decorative pages where they will recount their experiences.
Squid MAn… I am glad you enjoyed… perhaps I will organize more “tooning” activities in the future at various venues… guerrilla cartoonists on the prowl.
Thank you Brig! I had a lot of fun. Can’t wait untill the next one!
