Enid’s “Everything But the Kitchen Sink” Cookie Recipe
As requested… here is Enid’s* “Everything…” Cookie Recipe.
*My lovely pal, Judy deserves the credit for these awesome cookies. In our circles, these little tasty treats are asked for by name… (or Judy’s cookies).
NOTICE: this is a double batch. If you wish to NOT make a double batch, you’ll have to do some math. So, here ya go!
1 1/3 cup sugar, 1 1/3 cup brown sugar, 2 cups butter- softened, 4 large eggs
cream all that.
NOW-Mix all of the following together in a separate bowl: 2 tsp baking soda, 4 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp cloves, 2 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp allspice, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp salt.
Add all that to the creamed stuff.
ADD to the mixture: 2 cups flour, 6 cups oatmeal, 1 cup chopped nuts, 1 cup raisins/craisins, 1/4 cup protein powder 1/4 sunflower seeds, 1/3 cup flaxseed.
HEAP Spoonfuls on cooking sheets & BAKE at 375 degrees for 9 – 11 minutes. You’ll get 6 dozen approx. They freeze well. ENJOY!
oooOOOOOOooo… I’ll need to make up a batch this weekend!
Yummy!
I think she made them for me once.

Those sound really good but is it okay to omit the protein powder?
Yes, I just tossed it in because it was in the pantry! I figured they made the cookies feel less guilty.
So your cookies feel guilty? Hmmmmm…
Yes, but I’ve given it up!
