Randie is pretty confident in her skills as a painter… she can fling down paint on a wall in a live mural situation like nobody’s business. Spill, who is equally enthusiastic, agrees to join in the fun. I’ve never participated in such an event, except once… it was a “draw in” at Spill’s former gallery in the Barnyard (Carmel). Several cartoonists were there, including Phil Yeh and recently passed, Bill Bates. We didn’t paint a wall, but we tooned on paper. It did, however, wind up IN the paper.
