I am most fortunate to live close to The Monterey Bay Aquarium. It’s a real treasure…. and my people have been members since the day it opened in the early 80’s. I reap the benefits of this… anytime admission gratis! Yay fishies and such!

I used to work at a bookstore, and the gave us “Read Banned Books” t-shirts. I still wear mine.
Excellent! I think very highly of those who work in libraries and bookstores… have you ever been to Powell’s in Portland, Ore.? I could spend days there! It’s like 5 stories on a whole city block… they have the best graphic novel/humor section I’ve ever seen! There’s also The Book Loft in Columbus, Ohio… in a multi-level converted house… oh, the joy!
Ha, my family used to have a membership to the National Aquarium in Baltimore. <3 We never go there anymore though. 🙁
