Wetter
I don’t like being out in the rain. I dislike getting wet… I don’t jump in puddles… I guess that makes me a wet blanket.

Ha, Randie’s challenging the forces that be. Letting him, her, them, whatever, know that he, she, they can do no more to get her any more “wetter.” Double ha, if she says that again, they’re likely to open up the ground and drop her into a big wet, water-filled sink hole.
Hmm, ever hear of an unbrella for after work? Maybe it’s time to enjoy a hot cup of coffee indoors for a while.
brig… Well, technically, if you stay out of the rain you won’t be wet.
Never tempt fate. Period.
😀
stick… after delivering coffee in the rain, an umbrella wouldn’t do her much good. Really… she shouldn’t even be on a scooter in the rain… danger! danger!
Grey… true dat. ALWAYS remember… God is listening. Whenever I say “I’m never gonna” or “I would never…”, God gets his pencil and writes it down and thinks… “is that so?”
California rainstorms. Can you say deluge, boys and girls?
In comes the deluge…
She oughta be a mail carrier. Same deluge, but she gets a big rimmed hat, a bigger bag and use of a cute delivery mini-van. She’ll get a bigger paycheck and health benefits too, although, these days, I’m not sure if her pension will be any better than delivering coffee.
Lee… the scariest rain I’ve ever driven in was on HWY 101 going south… I was somewhere near Orange County trying to get home… I was scared to death! I literally couldn’t see the road and my bug’s windows were fogged over.
Dada… yup… there it is.
stick… I dunno. The mail folks who come to my office always complain about their job. They complain of stress and overwork. I don’t like stress… Randie don’t either.
Getting soaked is fun… to a point. After that it becomes miserable. And Randie is sooo right: No matter how wet you are, you can always seem to get wetter.
Just think of when you’ll be warm again, Randie. Some blankets and a cup of hot tea will be SO good. (Even better than coffee in this situation, I’d wager.)
And don’t get the sniffles!
stress and wet weather- they don’t mix
