Pleut Rain
We’ve had a lot of rain this season, here on the Central Coast. And for the most part, I’ve been okay with it. It’s nice to see green hills and amazing wild floral displays… but I don’t know if CONSTANT continual, say… Portland or Seattle rain would be okay with me. I like my sketchbook (and all my other move-able stuff) dry.
the good thing about the seattle rain is that it is never too heavy, so I (as a photographer) can pull out my camera, and so long as I don’t take too long, can get the picture. besides, there is nothing like the colors you can get on a beautiful sunny spring day after the rain.
Hier, ma classe en français etait ferme. No…that’s not right. I’ll have to look that up today… My French class was cancelled yesterday.
Ce sont les jours où vous mieux dormi dans le lit.
oh non ! randie est tout mouillé ! et pas dans le sens sexuel ;p
We’ve had so much rain around here this year I think I am about to mildew.
Looks like she was painting a picture of her pallete!
We had so much rain this weekend the local river crested at 22 ft. above above flood level. We’ve been declared a federal disaster area…..one of four counties in Tennessee…..and to top it off, a tornado dropped four trees across my driveway about 100 ft. from my house! Storms are the one thing about springtime I could live without!
A fine example of that venerable French term, “en plein air”! And the hazards thereof.
A week ago, I was fighting my way down the 5 past your neighborhood, through some of the worst wind and rain in my traveling days. I seriously wondered if I would make it alive. One of my wiper blades actually blew off the car!
Holy crud, OrcBuddy! Tornadoes scare me something terrible (Mah lives in Ohio, home to many such evil tornadoes)… and I am sending you good thoughts concerning your (and Tenn’s) situation! Talk about too much rain!
I really do like Seattle…. except for the rain. Portland is in the same boat.
Yah, Crow… it DOES look like she’s painting her palette. hee hee.
Maybe she should’ve just stayed at home…. do indoor paintings.
Kona: Glad you made it home safe (minus a wiper)… But Yah, we’ve seen some crazy weather this rainy season… lots of rain! (we needs it)… Sandy Eggo has seen more rain than usuals, too, eh? …but the spring flowers are lovely!
OT – I just came across the following, thought you might enjoy it.

PS: I thought I remembered people posting URL links, but I don’t see the html tag for that.
Oh! It set off without a tag.
Mother Nature: A for artistic potential, D for co-operation skills :).
Maybe Mother Nature failed sandbox in kindergarten like me :D!
Depuis quelque temps, il pleut pas mal aussi sur Paris … (For some days, it’s also raining quite a lot in Paris)
Randie is improving : A+, not errors !
wmcduff : “Ma classe de français a été annulé hier”.
Ninjayanyan: Your language is a tough one to learn. Is English as difficult? Let me see if I can do this without cheating…. Votre langage est tres difficile. Anglais est difficile, aussi? (okay, I had to look up “language”).
