It was a really fun First Friday Somos show… Simply Comics. Thanks to all of you’s who was able to make it… and a big ol’ thanks to Will@Somos… for making it happen.
Harold mingled… he’s a good mingler… got to meet up with ol’ Squiddie pals and new Squiddie pals (Bob… it was a pleasure!)
I have uploaded a few batches of photos on the Squid Row Mama Flickr site… (the descriptions aren’t all filled in… but I’ll get there!)
Squid Book you say?
It went out… it’s been FedEx’d to the printer. It’s well on it’s way. I will have the next proof in a week-ish. Like Harold here… I am very excited!
The book will be available here in the Squid Shoppe, of course. There will be a pre-order situation… and you’ll get a couppla bucks off.

Okay… The Squid Web Guru has been at work… and the buttons are now working once again in the Squid Shoppe. Also the “Buy Randie a Cup of Joe” option has returned (right column) … so all you who were just dyin’ to donate can now do so! Hug yer squid, ya’ll!

Well, Squiddies… for the last couple months, I have been quietly working away on my mac putting together toons into book format… That’s right. The first book of Squid is in the works… and I got the first proof today. I am pleased to announce that Squid Row… Welcome to the Neighborhood will be out late spring. Oh, yes… it shall be so! It will be available through this website, of course, so stay tooned… And keep your eyes peeled for book signings in the Monterey/Santa Cruz area…
