Do it, Randie! Go to Aunt Patty’s!!! But then again, I admit the character I identify with most is Mouse. I can’t help but to see today’s strip from his point of view…
NOW Mouse gets it right! The way to a woman’s heart is through her digestive tract!…or wait… Maybe it’s better to just offer her tasty food! Which is, more importantly, FREE!!!
Seems Randie is being quite the holiday leech this year… although who am I to argue when free food is involved? 😀
Eat the real thing, Randie! There are a few times when meat is necessary: Ham on Easter (for Christians), Hamburgers/Hot Dogs on Memorial Day, July 4th , and Labor Day; (for Americans); and Turkey on Thanksgiving & Christmas. (Though I will concede that Hot Dogs may not be actual meat, but rather fantasy meat.)
After all, if God didn’t want us to eat animals, why did he make them out of meat? 😉
Ha ha! Meat is tastey! Not to offend the veggie people out there… I, myself, don’t eat red meat… and I actually like tofu… BUT I always feel guilty for eating duck… because I love ducks… but they just happen to be super tastey…. all that dark juicy meat, served up with some rice and… sigh, I better stop.

I agree Pete, if God didn’t want us to eat animals, why did he make them so tasty.
Man, now I can’t wait for Thursday. Turkey day take 2!

Sign on a billboard in Canada (I kid you not):
“There’s a place on this world for all of God’s creatures…
… on my plate, beside the mashed potatoes.”
I respect veggie people and their choice of diet. And many of them respect me and my choice of diet. But there’s always a few on each side…
@Pete
That saying (“…next to the potatoes.) has been spotted on different t-shirts in Upstate NY.
But meat from a can – no way, any day! (Possible exceptions might be canned soup.)
