“Customers”? What are those? Many businesses have forgotten that it is the customer that keeps them in business. “Service” has become an after-thought and only if someone complains is it even mentioned. “Please hold” and “You call is important to us” have become a cliche and survival has become more important to companies than service.
Thus endeth the rant.
I agree, its a nice form of passive aggressive revenge….but I fear they have fed the real life troll…I fear that Grace will never admit she was the one that originally set this in motion, rather she will play the victim…possibly playing it up to the boss about how abandoned and overworked she was cause of her two ‘lazy’ coworkers. I see an all expense paid vacation from the boss to Grace in the future, to make up for it all 😉 lmao that would totally be unfair…but so sadly what might actually happen in a similiar real life situation.
I wouldn’t quite say the laugh is on Grace. We’ve seen how she treats customers before, so chances are she’s going to keep reading and throwing the occasional nasty glare at people.
Yah… Grace is sure to provide some “Excellent” customer service now… “hole in the sail” worker that she is (nice phrase, Jack)… And management (Carol) doesn’t see much, do she? Mouse practically runs the place and HE just left with Randie! I hope they went somewhere nice for a bite…

Nicely done, Randie and Mouse! 😀

Lunch rules! I hate a ‘hole in the sail’ person at work.
Actually, Grace has a point. Who manages this place, anyway? Don’t they see what’s going on there?

Plus, Mouse gets some “together time” with Randie. 🙂
