Our church had a special concert last night (Randy Stonehill) and some t-o-t’ers came to the door. Good thing we keep a bowl of peppermints in the foyer!
EofO… Ha. I like that comment also. Seems that Randie and Midge went for that stalking walk with Mouse being towed along like a poor, pathetic blind and mute dog on a leash.
Ooo, foyer, how classy. So do you pronounce the “er”?
brig… Well at least you had some. Trick or treaters, that is. Did you hear about the holiday candy corn oreos that came out for Halloween? They were supposed to smell just like candy corn, but taste like nothing more than sugar. Come to think of it, that’s pretty much candy corn too.
Seems like First Friday at the ‘toonery will be a good dumping ground for leftover candies. Well, those that aren’t polished off by then.
Sorry I was so quiet, was on vacation for a week, spent time with my sweetie and we went to Austin ComicCon. 😀 We had the VIP passes for The Next generation, got to meet the whole cast, including Wil Wheaton who got added at the last minute.
I got to meet Marina Sirtis, life is good. -_-
Pam misses the cosplay we used to do for Ren Faires and the annual convention we went to for an online game we used to play – so we now have ideas for 3 sets of costumes we are working on. My idea was to go as Dresden and Queen Mabs, her idea was Lwaxana Troi and Mr. Homn. But for now we are both putting together steampunk outfits, and I bought the first few pieces at the con, it’s gonna look sweet when we’re done.
And this came about because the opinion of a few steampunkers we met all agreed I could pull off a good steampunk outfit, especially if I went Scottish steampunk and included my kilt with it.
But Pam and I agree the greatkilt I usually wear would be a nightmare to mesh with the other gear, so we’re making an all new simple kilt for this outfit, heh.
“Stalking is when two people go for a long romantic walk together, but only one of them knows about it.”
Yeah, my Facebook friends come up with stuff like that.
I kept waiting for someone to offer Mouse a handful of candy corn. He would have had major issues getting sick while wearing that helmet.
EofO…. Ha… I like that… In this case, the stalker had an accomplice.
Yat… A candy corn incident… gross! There were no candy corns at our house this year… not so many trick or treaters, either.
Because of the hurricane, Trick or Treating has been postponed to Saturday in our township. So nobody came last night. Definitely a strange week.

Mr. Hyde, that sneaky punk, always ruins the fun.
Pete… weird. It wouldn’t FEEL like Halloween after Halloween. Meh. Ya gatta do what ya gatta do, I guess.
EofO…. hmmmm. TorT at a church? I guess so… nice you you all to participate anyhow.
stick… no leftovers on First Friday… absinthe cake! Mmmmm.
Grey… wow…. sounds like you guys had a great time! Trekkie fun abound, eh? And your ideas=fun… and we missed you! Photos! We want photos!
Jack… I love Jekyll and Hyde… one of my favorite stories! Great read, too! That R.L. Stevenson sure can write!
