Walk about, huh? This could turn into something pretty extended and funny as, one by one, those who’ve known Randi end up “hosting” Twinkie for a few weeks or months. A good way to catch up with seldom-seen and fell-by-the-wayside characters. Who know? Maybe Twinkie and Randi can finally learn to tolerate each other, provided Twinkie never stays with Randi.
And two points for Randie! Twinkie at least has enough respect for her to remember her name! 🙂
Pete… I know Randie doesn’t mind not seeing Twinkie ever any more! I hope you enjoy what follows…
Fun Mike… we shall see! Neither Twinkie OR the Garden Gnomes can be trusted!
*** And this was a prophetic toon. When we returned from our trip to The Alternative Press Expo last night… My cat had left us a small bird in the bathroom as a “I missed you” present. And in the wee hours of the morning, she brought in a live mouse… which we haven’t yet caught. DANG cat BRINGS the mice IN!
Young Miss Springlemeyer had troubles of her own.
She had an orange cat, that wouldn’t leave her home!
She tried and she tried to give the cat away
She gave it to an enemy far, far away…..
But the cat came back, the very next day!
The cat game back, though she thought it was a goner,
Yes the cat came back, it just wouldn’t stay away, away, away, away….
Practice.

Zoinks! This may be worse than garden gnomes moving in next door!
Beetles… Yes, I imagine so.

Nice depicting of the cat’s pov. Way to explain why they sometimes disappear for months at a time, and then show up like nothing’s happened. 😀
Cats will ALWAYS find a way to piss you off.
2 Cents… really? I just figured our “other cat” gave us the cat finger and left us for good when we brought in a kitty from the shelter.
Dada… yes, especially if your name is Twinkie.

The Auld Grump
Cat’s and their trophies. We got a snake last year.
We had a cat that would catch mice, wash them, then let them go.
As far as I could make out the train of kittycat thought was ‘it’s small’ it’s furry, it smells bad, it must be a kitten!’
