And yet, taking it the other way – finding someone who read your stuff so much they had to buy new copies because they wore out the first book – is kinda creepy. (I’ve found that out.)
Learn to let go, Ryan! Some writings are meant to be a buffet; they should be gone to over and over, sampling things in a little different combination each time. Other writings, however, are more like fast food… a cheap meal that fills you up but is probably best left… umm…. elsewhere, after having been thoroughly processed. (Or is that stretching the simile to breaking point?)
