Spring
Happy Springtime!
I’m always amazed by the persistence of nature…. even when it turns on itself.
And for you locals… yes, that’s Dan Green. (I find him amusing).

Freak snowstorm? Oh No! Yeah, nature is not easily stopped. Once you put a barrier in it’s way it will always find a way arround. no matter how long it takes.
Dan Green? I had a boss who looked and sounded like him once.
By the way, what’s in those bottles on the shelf behind Randy? Some of them look familliar.
the first snow i recall in central california was on january 21st, 1962…it held up play of what was then the crosby pro-am at pebble. i have a picture somewhere in my collection of my sibs and i holding snow scraped off the hood of our 56 plymouth savoy…talk about cold!
dan green…you could tell what kind of story he was going to talk about by the different turns his voice took. dry sense of humor. likeable chap.
i’ve always sort of hoped for snow just to hear how ksbw’s meteorologist jim vanderzwaan would handle the story…hasn’t really come about though…

Flowers that bloom this early can hack cold weather. There are plenty of flowers in my neighborhood that have plugged through three snowstorms by now.
Yah, same here. First day of spring and winter weather predicted for another three or four weeks. (With the possibility of a heavy snow storm next week.)
Hey, nature is nature, whether it’s dainty little flowers or massive snowstorms. All part of God’s plan and all that.
squid guy… yah-huh.
And Dan Green makes me laugh.
As Firedome says… likable chap, indeed. So is Jimmie V… and even Dennis L. He gave me a tie when I went a visting KSBW. It was a “ballsy tie”… it had soccer, and volley, and baseballs on it.
Mary & Pete… Go, flowers, go! Pay no attention to freezing temps and that white fluffy stuff!
Dada… yah… God likes to keep us guessing sometimes… uh, shorts? or snow pants?
