There’s no way that bathrobe is anyway warm. Max has gotta be freezing his butt off. Be it that it is Max, at night, I was expecting him to be wearing a hair net, or maybe his is, it’s pretty dark.
When Rye goes to return the power-hungry Presto heat dish, he oughta pick up a Coleman kerosene camp lantern. Not only do they put out tons of electricity-free light, but heat too.
Max can be scarry at the best of times.
Just what is he doing behind door number three in the middle of the night?
Stick, The problem with a coleman carosene lantern is that they are not as regularly available as they used to be. They produce too high a level of toxic gas when they burn.
Reminds me of camp…all of us were doing our hair – blow dryers, straighteners, curlers, the works. BAM, it’s dark. LOL. Happened three times while we were getting ready.
stick… My folks were big campers… they loved to pitch a tent and “rough it.” They had one of them lanterns of which you speak. I remember playing “go fish” by it. … and yah, I don’t think the robe is keepin’ him warm.
Squidguy… Max wasn’t in #3… I don’t think the toon makes that clear. He’s just in the hallway.
Meem… hee hee… curling irons. Hair dryers are a HUGE energy sucker… so not surprising. Ya gatta know where the fuse box is for sure!
Dave of smallness… Lousy idea. Can you just see Max with his hair all whooshy, in various stages of undress heading to the fuse box? THAT’s frightening.
Also, Squiddies… microwave and Presto Heat Dish should not be run on the same circuit… just so you know.

He uses a hair dryer and a blender at the same time? That doesn’t seem like a good idea.

Oh man, the microwave in our old apartment was like Russian Roullette. Sometimes it would pop the breaker, sometimes not, it was kinda like a game.
Wow, Max sure has some bad complexion! I guess he only looks presentable in a decent light.
We can’t run the microwave and any other appliance at the same time…old building.
Oh.
Microwave and coffee maker at the same time is a no-no.
