I tend to walk around with my sketchbook at the ready… I never leave home without it. I’m like Linus and his blanket. I feel insecure and worried without it. Ryan keeps his journal or notepad with him at all times. He’s constantly seeing inspiration in the world around him and he must record it at once… Going on a walking tour of the city with writing exercises would be most exhilarating for him. (By the way, I made up the “Walk & Write” thing.)
