I’m seriously getting the feeling that Ryan’s going to be going back stateside soon. I forsee a panel with both Ryan and Em looking into each other’s eyes, sad; another one with a joyful Randi; and long letters to London. Well.. maybe ‘hope’ is a better word than ‘forsee’? lol
Charlie is okay with it because he’s a dog.
Twinkie would be a different story if Randie took him out for a walk on a leash and then held him up in a park while spouting off about her concerns and issues.
Not that she’d do it, but it’d be fun to see.
Our dogs love being taken off the leash, but whenever we take their collars off, they immediately get depressed. That’s because they’ve come to identify their collar as their “mark” as a member of the family pack. We actually punish our dogs – on the rare occasions they require it – by saying “No!” in a disapproving tone and then taking their collar off. Once enough time has passed – usually not much time – the lesson is learned, all is forgiven, and the collar goes back on.
Dogs truly are humans’ best friends. Always optimistic, never judgmental, and return your love of them back ten, twenty or thirty times over.
It’s actually a contest from Purina’s Beneful dog food…the winner get’s a $500,000 make-over for their community dog park. But the contest’s home page has cartoon magic. A guy sitting with his dog, each with a thought balloon. You drag different items into that ballons and find what sort of wacky awesome dog park attractions result, in cartoon form, of course.
We are happier dog owners when we train our pets. (I may get in trouble for the comparison but… ) I imagine parents are happier when they discipline (and therefore, raise…) their children. Wild pets and wild children make for unhappy neighbors, people standing in line around said children… etc. etc.

Can’t write, can’t bury, it’s tough to have a block for those things. Well, the writing one any way.

Here’s something fun for a Friday.

Ryan has so much love to give, but he’s missing his muse.
I just got it: Ryan’s a dog. Emily’s a cat. Discuss amongst yourselves.
See you tonight, Brig!!!

EofO… Yes, the fun goes down tonight!
How true. Having no pressure in your life can have that effect on your writing. . . .
