Dada: I actually photographed the Don Quixote statue while on this trip… but I loved the sweet lion… it also was less complicated to draw than the aforementioned statue. You likee the obnoxious tower in photo #2?
While I also hope no one is caught in the damage, I am hoping that the tower has the same materials quality control that the early 20th century city hall construction evidenced.
Seems that Ryan is Randie’s reality anchor, except when he isn’t, as when a co-dependent enables a narcissist.
Nice to see her “high” on art, all the same.
So what ever happened to Em?
Well, Randie is definitely high on art. Hmmm…. I haven’t ever thought of Ryan as co-dependent, but Randie, as an artist, probably has a touch of narcissism as she also, at times, can be selfish.
Em had dinner with the pair yesterday. You’re about to hear a lot more about Em… so brace yourself.
I’m the exact opposite – I HATE having my picture taken, and when I travel I’m almost never in the pictures. A couple years ago I went on a trip and later shared the pictures with a friend of mine, and she expressed amusement that I wasn’t in them. Well, of course I wasn’t in them because I travelled alone. She’s from Canada, and once when we spent time together in Canada, she asked a stranger to take our picture with my camera. I told her we could never do that in the States because the person might run off with the camera, and she was flabbergasted.
All it takes, is a little perspective.
Should have had her with the Cervantes statue in Golden Gate Park. Imagine Randie kneeling next to Don Quixote and Sancho Panza!

Joe… ha… all of photography is perspective, yah?
