When life changes come, you need to connect your past to new activities. If you hold on and refuse to let the past go forward (move past experiences into the present ones), the past will trap you.
It took me a long time to learn that. Hopefully it will be faster for Mouse.

I remember the day Bethlynne and I closed “Left Half Comics”, our comic book store in Phoenix. I stood in the back of the empty store… and cried.
There are many fond memories of that place, and I have a hunch many of our hundreds of regular customers still think of it whenever they drive by the strip mall we were located in.
All too true. Yes, a lot of those previous annoyances are best left behind, but you’d be surprised how much nostalgia those irritating memories can drudge up.
Pete… I’m sorry it ended. Change is sad sometimes…BUT… there’s a nice part, though… knowing that you provided a place that people enjoyed and have fond memories of.
