No Prob
It’s funny how a few staff changes can change the vibe of an establishment. Sometimes just ONE person can make a HUGE difference. Ryan has a positive and upbeat/can-do spirit. Matilda, as pretty as she is and as no-nonsense she may be, the boys seem to crowd in.
I’ve seen that in most of the places I’ve frequented over the years. Comes a point, and all of a sudden the entire clientele rolls over for some reason. It’s all about dynamics.
Rich: Staffing is such a funny thing. Dynamics is a HUGE component… Sometimes all it takes is ONE person to lighten up a group…. or bring it down. Good thing Lava Luna’s didn’t hire Grace.
That can make or break a restaurant.
I’ve seen this a lot over the last few years. A place I would go while doing one job ends up being completely different a year or so later with one or two staff changes. Sometimes it’s neat, often it’s irritating. Let’s face it, you go somewhere because you like the feel of it as much as anything. They say clothes make the man, and it holds true for a business too.
Jack… I ate at my local tiki room over the weekend… and the wait staff was excellent… our waitress-phenominal. We likes that.
Lady Jenn… agreed. Personal excellence, no matter where, doesn’t go unnoticed. It may go uncomplimented, but not unnoticed.
Java Bob’s hasn’t been a;; that prevalent lately.
