New Holiday
And why not? We all have personal holidays, such as birthdays, anniversaries and the like. So why not celebrate something you enjoy? … like art! You don’t need an “official stamp of approval” or letter from the governor! Make up your own thing… and celebrate it!
Brig… that… that’s… an AWESOME idea!
We celebrate a number of “holidays” with movies. Groundhog Day w/ “Groundhog Day”; Spring Training in baseball w/ “Major League”; The Battle of Gettysburg (June 1- July 3) with the movie “Gettysburg” and Ken Burn’s “The Civil War”; Independence Day with “Independence Day”; The Launch of Sputnik (Oct. 4, 1957) with “October Skies”; and Guy Fawkes Day (Nov. 5, 1605) with “V for Vendetta”. We also have related meals.
At least Randie will be super-excited when it rolls around NEXT year.
But surely it’s a “movable feast.”
Hmmnh. . . GOT IT!
