Twinkie has to put it in language she understands. If he can figure out how to stand on his hind legs, with his legs AND eyes crossed, paws over his stomach (picture it, you’ll get it) and repeatedly glancing at the litter box THEN she’ll know why he’s cranky. 😀
Brig got it right … cats and dogs both do tend to follow a good life philosophy: “don’t poop where you sleep”.
Dogs, at least, will do it where you can find it. Cats get revenge by putting it in some forgotten corner where you have to spend hours tracking the smell to figure out where they left it so you can clean it up. >.<
Can ya tell we had cats when I was growing up? 😀

I’m just amazed he’s not “businessing” all over her couch right now…getting beaten up must have softened him.
It must be getting close to desperate time as Winkie is doing a full-on bad eye stare down.
Alternately, Randie could just tie a long rope around him (makeshift leash), let him go out and do his business and then reel him back inside.
GWolf… Cat language is a funny thing, non? The stares, the purr-fectly timed meows… the nudges and jumps…. it’s entertaining if anything.
Meem… If he businessed on the couch, he wouldn’t wanna lay there in the future… but a corner behind a canvas would do.
stick…. cat leashes make me giggle…. I wonder if the cats dig or despise them. Probably the latter.
When I drew this toon, I couldn’t help but think of a rather quote-able movie that I’m rather fond of…. place this line: “Put. The. Can-dle. Back!”
Brig,
Young Frankenstein!
Did I offer this movie quote here?
“Emergency! Everybody to get from street!”
Vould you like to have a roll in ze hay?
“Roll, Roll, Roll…”
Yes, Joe & Dada… Young Frankensteeeen.
Joe… Nuh-huh…. but YouTube gave me the answer… Never saw it. (I’ll let the Squiddies go find it).
Our cats are inside/outside but they conveniently use the box inside. Argh! Damn gatos!
Gah! Jack… they’re using you!
