Late Night Drawi
I can’t even count how many times I agreed to do a project and they wanted it yesterday… THEN NOT… and then “can you change this little thing?” with no adjustment in the price. (I’m such a coward when asking for more money).

That is one of the big headaches of working freelance (not that regular bosses don’t have deadlines as well). ‘Specially in the creative arts – the clients usually have no clue as to the time needed. Having a little piece of paper entitled “Pricing” which lays down the hourly, per piece, cost for changes, and so forth, helps matters greatly. If it’s down in black and white what changes will cost it becomes a great motivator for the client to say “Oh, right … I guess it’s fine as is.”
Oh, I can see that you’ve been there, Crow… You know what I’m talkin’ about!
Yuppers 🙂
