Mage… ha! Yah… there should be a toxic symbol on the tip jar!
Yat… I do both! But mostly at home. I’m a coffee snob. I like a GOOD cup of coffee to start the day… French Roast… My sister brought me back some good Italian coffee from Italy, which was fabulous…. Anyhow, I go to coffee houses for the atmosphere and hang out time, mostly…. or if I need a second jolt. Today is such a day with a decaf almond milk latte. Mmmm.
Jon… Grace may be doing one of those, “You saw a side of me I don’t show people, therefore I will compensate by being extra nasty to show you I still can” things.
The thing about getting decaf is that you don’t have the energy to complain…
Yat: I agree! Home for me is usually the best coffee. I know how much of what I want in it and at the coffee shops I’m always guessing how strong, how much cream/sugar/chocolate/etc. to use to get a great tasting coffee.
Brig: Glad you are feeling better. Getting sick on holiday is the pits, but does happen because you get introduced to all new germs!
Rich. I have so much “Starbucks money” on coffee cards… but you probably wouldn’t believe me when I say there isn’t a Starbucks within a quarter mile of me. Funny that. I’m sure they are working feverishly to change that.
Jack… yes, the fine poetry that it it. So cultured you and Randie are!
This is GRACE, after all…there isn’t even AIR in HER tip jar. In fact, there’s probably a small singularity in her tip jar.
I don’t spend dough
On store-made joe
It isn’t worth the price.
I brew my own
In my home
And it is really nice.
So….you’re saying there just might be a correlation between Grace’s slight shift to resemble a human and the diminished returns in the tip jar?

“Grace had an empty tip jar,
then she was killed by a speeding car”.

Fun Mike… haha… yah… less energy… BUT there is still SOME caff in decaf. And thank you, I am much more happy NOT being sick. I’m funny like that.
Dada… OH BITE YOUR TONGUE! Wouldn’t you feel bad if she got hit by a bus tomorrow…. Oh, wait, I don’t have to worry about that.
The day I can walk into a Starbucks and ask for a cup of Jamaica Blue Mountain & GET it is the day I start buying pre-made coffee.
Love a good bathroom stall poem.
