Jet Lag
Thank goodness for the Costa Coffee place there at Heathrow Airport. They serve the most gi-normous bowls of coffee that saved my jetlagged butt. Ryan needs it. Looks like Em’s brother might need some, too.

Seems like Em’s brother is already seeing either stars or spots. Maybe, both.
Either way, a coffee energy boost is only going to make them brighter.
Uh, who’s driving?
Is there such a thing as a coffee bath?…like a milk or beer bath but warmer.
Uh-oh… let’s all be careful about judging Em’s little brother. I read somewhere that “First impressions are hard to amend.”
“Bowl of Coffee”… *hehe* I absolutely love coffee, but at work I drink out of a 1950s Victor coffee mug. (http://victormug.com/store.html) They only hold 6 ounces, but the thickness of the original mugs – they weigh 14-20 oz. – holds the heat wonderfully. (I fill a thermos of coffee and refill my Victor mug throughout the day.)
Glad they made it over the volcanoes in Iceland…few little bumps here and there are good for the heart.
Heh. The first time I saw one of those giant cups, a coworker was using it for chai tea. I guess they are de rigueur with chai. I mentioned to him that it looked like a bowl of tea. He was amused.
(BTW, I am back at work after 6 weeks of convalescing. My arm still isn’t flexing as much as it should, and I’m not able to drive myself yet, but nonetheless I’m getting some structure back in my life. Woohoo.)
UWG… we missed you! Glad you’re on the mend. Get that tentacle back in shape!
Nice Coffee Strategy, Pete. I have a few “bowls” at home, but use my Snoopy Flying Ace mug for the morning brew. Me likes to wake up to Snoopy on my cup.
Dragon… You would know!
Stick… Yah… so much for a first good impression there!
