Inspired Run
I think it was Linus that asked Charlie Brown if he preferred sunrises or sunsets…? Ryan prefers sunrises, as I do believe I do. You?

Depends on if you’re seeing it because you got up EARLY, or stayed up LATE.
Done both, up early’s usually a bit less bleary-eyed.
I like sunsets. I don’t know why.
And what about people who live so far north (or south) that it’s daylight or night almost around the clock? I wonder if they prefer sunrises or sunsets?
To paraphrase Jimmy Buffet, “It’s 5 AM somewhere.”
What is this thing you call “sunrise”?
You have to get up pretty early in the afternoon to pull one over on me! 😛
The early bird gets the worm just means that the worm shoulda stood in bed.
I am a creature of sunset and of winter….
The Auld Grump
IIRC, it was Lucy. When Charlie Brown said he preferred sunsets, she said, “I KNEW IT! Sunrise people are go-getters! Achievers! Give me a sunrise person every time, yes sir!” After she rants off, Charlie Brown turns to the reader and says, “Actually I’ve always sort of preferred noon…”
Sunsets. . . At sea. If you watch consistently, you will see the Green Flash.
Leo… Yes, if you are up late, seeing a sunrise may not be in the plans… Unless you are up, and staying up!
Ah, Lucy … Yes, thanks, Brad. You are up on yer Peanuts.
Grump… I would expect winter sunsets from you!
EofO… More coffee, Dear?
Yat… We all are our own person!
Moo… I have seen this flash!
Qka… Yes, it is… Funny that.
I love them both, but prefer sunsets in the Arizona deserts and sunrises on the windward side of Oahu.
Sunrises. I love sunrises because most people don’t get to see them. They are precious and special where sunsets are ordinary. Also, fog. (Fog meaning no sunset, so often in the Carmel area.
Pete… that’s most specific… and I like said answers. I love the sunrises in November here in Salinas. They are gorgeous. I think our season is confused. We are getting November weather now… mixed with weird Spring and no rain. Sigh.
JC… Ah… yes… Sunrises mean HOPE to me. They are precious. A good word to describe them.
