In The Pink
“Pink is for sissies!” … at least this is how Randie feels about the color pink. Spill, on the other hand, is quite fond of pink, as is Em. You’d have to be if you’re going to own a powderpuff Vespid. Google Pink Vespa and see what comes up!
Pink used to be considered a very masculine colour as it was a shade of red, and red is MANLY.
I’d love a pink Vespid, but I’d REALLY go for an orange one.
I’m with ya, Pete… Orange is a nifty color. What do you think about this one?
OK, googled Pink Vespa…saw lots of pics. Dang, Barbie’s got one of ’em too.
As former Gov. Arnold, would say, pink is for girlie men.
OK, it was Sat Night Live that Schwarzener borrowed from.
Nonetheless, girlie girls should be fine with pink.
Seems that Randie’s more of the tomboy ilk. BUT….will she ride it or park it, if pink? Uh…ride.
I like how Rye’s and Em’s noses are drawn the same. Ah, they’re made for each other.
brig, that orange example is sooooo faded.
OK, Emily and Ryan will be away for a little while. Randie should have the Vespid painted to a different colour during that time, and then get it painted back to pink just in time for the lovebirds’ return. Easy, right? 😉
Oh, wow, I think I found the right guy for Randie.
Going with the “matching-nose philosophy” of Rye’s nose matching Em’s;
check out and compare the sniffers Randie and the barista here…

(I was actually trying to find a pic of mouse and pulled up this one)
Brig: Wow… that’s a nice one. Showing a few years. Probably reliable, fun-filled years!
Pete… “The ol’ orange French Art Vespa” is tres cool! I’d ride it for sure! It’s loved… and has a good many fun-filled years of riding. What I’ve found out is that the old Vespas with the one or two stroke engines are polluters… great gas mileage but poor for the environment. Sigh… BUT they are making electric scooter conversion kits… I like this option. Still I wouldn’t turn an old Vespa down.
Stick. Look closely at Mouse’s nose and Ryan’s nose. Em’s nose is more unique. Randie shares a similar nose to (gasp) Tim… and … well, I’m not sure you can read into that… it’s the artist/visionary’s discretion.
Astragali… um… I know you probably won’t get the reference… but Earl Scheib will paint anything!
