Human Condition
Halloween parties… drinking and treats… and conveniently packaged bite-sized chocolate bars (why have just one?) can add the pounds. I write from experience folks. Sigh… but unlike Randie, I find the exercise bicycle my preferred method of zapping the calories.
Ryan, God bless’im, has never had a weight problem, so he just doesn’t get it.
Who can stop at just one or two pieces of Halloween candy? 🙂
