I saw an episode of Man vs. Food a while back on the Travel Channel, and Adam Richmond, who can stomach vast quantities of just about anything, had to fight to keep is mouthful of lutefisk down.

Next time I go, I will make it a point to have Spam… I did try poi… and was unimpressed.
