Girlfriend
It’s that magical moment where you are not just a “love interest”… you cross that line into boy/girlfriend… the NEXT jump is a bit bigger.
I think Ryan’s Christmas just got more joyous.

What the Dickens?
Is this the end of Rye Bread and Randie?
And Randie’s Christmas a little…
(When she finds out, that is.)
A purist might contend that applying adhesive (no matter how light) to a book would still deface it. Bad, bad Emily!
Astragali… I originally had her putting comments on notecards, but my inhouse-editor suggested the sticky notes as they were more… mmm, universally recognized and a bit more fun. The word “Sticky” has a more humourous tone.
Joe… Dickens, indeed!
As for Randie and Rye Bread… Lovers can come and go, but friendship, if properly maintained, lasts forever.
C’mon, everyone together now:
AAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!
Brig: *nod* Your inhouse editor makes an excellent point! (Don’t listen to your outhouse editor; their advice is a load of sh…aving cream).
Now, although it may not be funny, I think a word for “stuck” which sounds sticky is “agglutinate”… I love English! (just as well, since I can’t speak any others fluently…) 😀
