Fly Dropping
Oh, Grace… your conversational skills inspire left-hooks and eye-poking.
***I apologize to many of you… I ran the wrong strip… so some of you saw tomorrow’s comic today…. but now I’ve changed it… so, er… I blame the management… (oh, that’s me!)
Randie was a bit too happy to see Beebs scoot with her cute, tiger-striped, snaggle toothed, rescued bundle of joy in tow. Grace doesn’t care. Seems the only one sad is Twinks.
You know, Beebs ought to leave Twinks with Grace. Grace would have a friend with a like disposition, and Twinks could drop by R’s place now and again to spend quality time with Bob.
Twinkie and Grace are made for each other. They can feast on each other’s bile of evil until the seams of their own self-centered-ness burst, spewing out the repugnant stench of their foul personalities…
… errr… I’m going to stop now.
ANY way… Even if Beebs did leave Twinkie with Grace – and I like that idea! – it’s more a case of where Twinkie wants to go than anyone else deciding.
Deep down inside me I’m hoping one of the two, either Twinkie or Grace, have a change of heart. One painful annoyance is already hard on Randie. Having two would be too rough.
Yes, Grace and Twinkie would do well together! Both are rotten… and show little regard for people’s feelings.
Oh… Pete, Grace and Twinkie seem to bring out the Grrrrr in you!
Erk. Well, I stand by my earlier comment…for tomorrow’s strip.
Yah, Twinkie and Grace just need some love and definitely seem well suited for each other. Oh what a team those two could make. Plus any storyline worth its salt needs antagonists to bounce off the protagonists. What is day without night? Plus, if Grace ends up befriending either Twinkie or a reasonable facsimile of him, she won’t need to be best-friending Randie, as she’s obviously trying to do while sharing about herself here, with a smile even.
At least Grace is sticking around while everyone else flees. She’s a true friend!
Twinkie would NEVER hang with Grace–they’re too much alike and cats don’t care much for redundancy, which is why they will generally pick on the only real non-cat person in a full room. His joy is annoying Randie. And despite what Randie says, I think she gets a certain kick out of her interaction with Spawn of Satan. There’s a true codependency going on there, which is not always unhealthy.
It’s nice to see other people make mistakes sometimes, I’ll admit. Thanks for the heads up, otherwise I would have thought I was crazy. No need to apologize though.
Friends leave all the time; it’s better Randie learns it sooner than later.
Took me 35 years, but I finally realize being alone is preferable.
