Do Zines
A-I-L…. conversation with Jude. I was stuck with Randie’s zine ideas… enter Jude: “You need to focus… you need to have something to say.” Mmmm hmmmm.

And hopefully give you a 60/40 split.
I met up with one young entrepreneur at a debate tournament in high school who was selling zines. He took them to all the school functions, figuring that *someone* was bound to be bored and looking for something to read!
I used to do zines but sadly never had much luck getting local book/comic stores to carry them (I think only one did, on a consignment deal, then probably threw them out). Here’s hoping Randie has better luck!
LIA–The zine, if produced by a group of likeminded Art-o-Rama Mamas, would by definition already have a focus, wouldn’t it?
Nice of Randie to involve the art-o-rama gang in the project. Get them motivated and then let them do the undesirable stuff while she merrily goes about sketching. Poetry and short-stories? Does Ryan know that he’s being included in this project, or do the other o-rama’s also write and compose prose? Hey, that last part rhymes. Nice. I’ll stop now.
Jack… well, one can hope.
chug… good thinking on that zinester’s part. People will read just about anything if they are bored.
Dada… it’s a funny thing… zines… Randie will learn the ways of zinedome. Hopefully, she and her art mamas will find success with it…
EofO… Art… but art has to say something, too… unless it goes over your couch.
stick… the other o-ramas will find enough to play with… we’ll see if Ryan gets horn-swaggled into this… time will tell.
