There’s a feeling you get when you’ve been away for a long time and you return home.
…familiarity … comfort. It’s a nice feeling.

huh. i thought twinkie would be upset at not having rat to torment.
It’s less what they eat off and more what they will (or won’t) eat. Pampered cats tend to get, well, fussy. (And this cat hasn’t been pampered since he left home.)
Last time I visited Mom, one of her cats turned up her nose at a plate of canned tuna, then went into the woods and caught a bird.
Careful Grace, if Twinkie gets too used to that, he’ll start demanding to be fed off the fine china! 🙂
Topperware?!? That has the distinct feeling of permanence about it! I imagine a lot will be blamed on Christmas this year at Grace’s place. Do I see a cat jungle gym in the future?
anatman… sometimes, there’s this threshold… you cross the line and you don’t want that person around … they disliked each other… that’s for certain.
Robert… I’m not sure if Twinkie has ever been pampered. I’m not sure if Grace is capable of pampering. She IS capable of upgrading the food bowl, though.
Yat… ha! My cat will do that, too! She will also bring in things if we choose to go away on a trip. Comfort food?
Jon… you mean the chinette plastic ware, right?
Fun Mike… Ha! Maybe a scratching post. Is that considered pampering, Robert?
Rat only wishes he could play like Flea!
There’ll be two burps. Tupperware sealing and Twink with a full belly.
Dada… ha… punk ref.
Jack of G… Twinkie, I imagine, GULPS his food down with gusto… like my cat, for some reason. Slow down there, Mouse… there’s more where that came from! Geez!
