It must be hard for Randie to hold back those tears…I mean, “evil cat of evilness” is a double-negative, also known as a positive, as in loving that dear cat. Well, maybe she can whip him up a nice going away meal…maybe a freshly blended, mouse, bird, and lizard smoothie.
Wow. That just goes to show how much she hates Twinkie. More than she likes Beebs. You’d think Beebs might get the hint that her cat is really a pain in the rear….
Oh no BeetlesBane, that would suck…to have Twinkie jump out of the car and Beebs not notice till they get to Portland, or worse yet…to have Randie think she is free of Twinkie forever…and then muwhahahaha evil cat of evilness….
Not to slam BB and Leroy, but Twinkie’s been more of an enemy to Randie than BB’s been a friend. In fact, while BB has helped Randie out a lot in the past – giving her crash space after the apartment fire, for instance – they seemed to have drifted apart since then. A sad but true occurrence in real life as well as comic strips, I suppose.
Pete: kudos to your eval. Yah, Beebs hasn’t been a neighbor for a while… and as the physical space betwixt them grew… so did the space between friendship. Also, too… Beebs found Leroy. Sometimes the space for friendship is lessoned by a lover. It just happens… you spend all your time with your sig/other and less with pals. Just a fact of life.
Stick: Twinkie, did, in fact, split… hmmm… what trouble could he possibly create? … and Lizard-o-matic? (like the Bass-o-matic of SNL)…
Meem: ’tis true that Randie is not at all fond of Twinkie…. and as Pete observed, her friendship with Beebs has waned… perhaps Twinkie’s nastiness had something to do with that as well.
Heather: Beware… the evil cat of evilness… and his evil evilness shall… well, you’ll see.
EofO… ha! that reminds me of a 45 record I had called “Twist of Fate” by Olivia Newton John… soundtrack number from the movie with John Travolta… (did I just date myself… I think I did…)

Randie and Twinkie must fulfill their intertwined destinies.
Cats (and dogs) have been known to not accept long distance relocations.

What happened to Twinks in panel 3? Must be paying Bob another short visit.

Why do I have “The Cat Came Back” running through my head?
