Blame
When an event is coupled with some horrible disaster, you can’t help to associate the two. When Ryan last left town for a writers convention in Portland, Randie’s house went up in flames. In her mind, the two are linked.

Guilt! A powerful force and…
The Force is strong in this one!
Go for the snow globe, as long as it’s a good one!
And is it just me, or does the “snow” in a snow globe not stay floating as long as it used to? Seems like you shake one now and it’s all settled in four seconds. *bleh*
Pete- I’d blame the kids that won’t get off your lawn 😉
Salt and pepper shakers all the way. Also, I love Milwaukee! Zaffiro’s pizza is SOOOOOOO good……..
Maybe her workplace will burn down this time!
Woah! Evil has spoken! If Randie’s workplace burns down… where will the steady income come from? That’s $$$ … Up in smoke…
I agree, Pete… snow globes are less entrancing as they used to be… I suspect less glycerin (which is what makes the snow float)… cut backs I would guess. But I would go with you… snow globe. How many salt-n-pepper shakers does one really need? Unless, of course… you collect.
One day… I will get to Milwaukee… and visit Lovesick Robot.
As a sorta-former Catholic (once a Catholic, always a Catholic) I know about the guilt.
