Freedom! To be able to get around in an expedient manner once again! … and then the disappointment of having to come in out of the rain… such is life.

I like riding in the rain. I don’t like starting a ride in the rain but if it’s not too cold and the rain starts mid ride it’s ok. I like the sound of the tires in the water and all the wet smells. Then again I live in the south where rain is a novelty. My in-laws in Germany don’t understand why I get excited when it rains.

I love the rain! No sympathy from me Randie! Unless it’s cold rain, I don’t like that.
Nice to see she’s finally wearing a helmet!
Coming down the mountain in the rain. Water all over my glasses. Coefficient of friction reduced to unknown levels. Water/mud sprayed all over.
Nope. Not pleasurable to me.
Coming from the arid high plains of Wyoming, I used to love riding in the rain. And then I moved to Seattle…. It’s hard to get excited about something that happens all the time, all day long. Water should regularly fall to the ground in flakes, not drops.
And she better pay more attention to the road, it’s wet out there.
Wow, people who ACTUALLY LIKE the water splashing around on them… I have to be in a controlled environment with all necessary preparations… this would be a … swimming pool. I know I’m gonna get wet, I have my swim suit on… and I’m ready for it.
I don’t mind rain if I’m indoors with a cup of coffee.
Fenders. They make all the difference. Cold, wet, muddy “roostertails” do not make your day.
Hehehehe. And over here in Oklahoma, you have the added attraction of having tornadoes served with your rain.
