I would run from this apartment. I don’t really like little jumpy dogs… I find them pretty annoying. I find people who think that their little jumpy dogs aren’t annoying… annoying.
This would be the biggest red flag of all! An over-abundance of small-child toys piled up near your prospective neighbor’s door… RUN! FAST and AWAY!
