Happy Mother’s Day to all Moms everywhere…. but especially my mom. Ryan is such an even-keel, level-headed fellow… unless it’s a competitive situation… especially board games…. especially Scrabbled.
There are just some days where you need to get into pajamas, eat cookies and watch cartoons. Chocolate chip or fudge covered anythings do well in this situation.
Sometimes the stuff that circles around in your head is strange. Someday I’ll write a graphic novel about overhearing snippits of conversations, or entering a conversation at a weird moment… and what that looks like visually.
Taking things too seriously will muck up your life… I try to laugh at dumb things and spilled milk and stuff that a month from now I won’t even remember. Oscar knew what he was saying.
