So VERY true, but somehow missed by too many people. There’s nothing wrong with relaxing, so do it like everything else, with focus. Don’t work while relaxing because then neither get done.
Unplug and do only those things that you find relaxing. (Hobby, reading, channel surfing, etc.) The accomplishment you want to reach is being relaxed.
