Well, I thought I’d leave you all with a cliff hanger of sorts, for the weekend. Will Randie? or won’t Randie? Will there be a…? or won’t there be a…? Guess you’ll have to wait until Monday.

If you live here in the Salinas area… I will be doing a sort of impromptu Last Day of Squid over at the Salinas Sports Tavern (former Penny Farthing) on MONDAY, March 30th. There, I will toast our Squid Row Gang… I will have some free goodies (Squid Row stuff)… and I’ll be talking Squid. It’s super informal and very drop-in able… 5:30 fun start. Probably a couple of hours of good times talking. Harold will be there. He’s off the wagon. We’ll toast Van Gogh, too. (It’s his birthday that day, don’t you know!).
