Randie just has a way with cats.
The introduction to one of my girlfriend’s two cats went sort of like this -
‘There’s another one, but you’ll never see him, he hates people.’
I have seen Khatt with other folks, and he really does not much like people… but he seems to make an exception in my case – his favorite perch is on top of my chair, one paw on top of my head… claiming me….
Tomathy on the other hand is a quiet and friendly critter….
The Auld Grump
Wait’ll Twinkie finds out.
Grump… ah, you have been accepted into your girlfriend’s cat clan. Well done.
Yat… oh, he’ll SMELL her shoe right away… and probably make his own contribution.
Animals have always been that way with me; showing they immediately like me by hanging out with me even though we’ve never bet before. Dogs, cats… all of ‘em. One of the birds over at my boss’s house love me, and that bird hated everyone. But when I walked in, Sunny started chirping loudly for me and would push up against his cage so I could rub his feathers. And he never once was upset or bite-y.
I feel very fortunate. (Though like Randie, I prefer love without barf more than with.)
Pete… You are blessed by the love of animals… How Disney-esque… Bird biting hurt! I had a non-lovey love bird once… she was a monster! I would have loved to give her over to your test… she was a tough broad.
… and Randie seems to be a cat barf magnet. She just brings it out of them…. Ha ha. Wah-wah.
Was the cat named Oatmeal for his color or for his being a sticky mess? Or possibly just because he rubs people against the grain..?
Maybe I could blame my Shrimp’s peeing habit on the fact she likes me?
Nah, I’m being delusional here.
Here I thought oatmeal was healthier than a Twinkie…
Wasn’t there something in the ad about “no pets”?
